Silent Auction

SILENT AUCTION

As in the past, we will again hold a SILENT AUCTION in conjunction with the annual conference, to help finance many of Rotary International’s programs. These funds support local university students as one-year academic Ambassadorial Scholars; Group Study Exchange teams; Humanitarian and Simplified Grants that benefit our communities; and many other of our worthwhile endeavors.

This is to request your club and/or member to participate in our Silent Auction through the donation of a product(s), service, gift certificate, and/or a financial contribution. In addition to club and member contributions, please ask any vendor(s) you feel would be willing to contribute to this worthwhile endeavor. If any club member would prefer that a solicitation letter is sent to an outside vendor, forward that information to Char Ernstein at bobernstein@att.net and I will immediately follow-up with an appropriate letter. All donors will be recognized during the Silent Auction so our members are aware of their generosity.
