ROTARY INTERNATIONAL FOR PEACE

Rotary International’s pursuit of peace was inscribed early when at the outset of WWI in 1914 delegates to the Rotary International convention in Houston adopted a resolution that called for the convening of an international peace conference. A significant component to that effort today includes the Rotary Peace Fellowship Program. RI provides 130 Peace Fellowships to non-Rotarians each year to prepare them to serve as peacemakers throughout the world. Read on to learn more about her.
