It is clearly important for the health and vitality of your club to host interesting and relevant programs. Presenters can inform members about a wide variety of topics while providing ideas and pathways for service in your community and, sometimes, worldwide.
Being a club Program Chair can be a challenging job. It takes a fair amount of effort to locate, contact potential speakers to assess their relevance and interest, and then to coordinate presentation dates and details. Posting upcoming presentations to inform your members and other interested parties is another important part of the job. All this can be a chore, but you don't have to do it all alone.
One of the best sources is our fellow Rotary Program Chairs. The question is: How do I locate and communicate with other Program Chairs?
