During Arizona Rotary Days of Service we're calling all District 5500 Rotary clubs to engage in a common service project at your choice of community food bank or food pantry. Collectively, we will make an impact in serving individuals, families, and seniors in our communities.

RI President Gordon recently shared member feedback from a survey by the Rotary Action Group on Mental Health Initiatives on how to improve the personal well-being of members.
The top suggestions are illuminating. Rotary members are asking for more fellowship, camaraderie, conversation, cohesiveness, and connection. They also want more recognition, validation, and integration. They are seeking more service opportunities, and they want more wellness activities, including mental health speakers, awareness efforts, and education.

The Rotary brand is an important one throughout the world and deserves to be properly used to preserve its recognition and impact.
Many of the flyers and other items submitted by clubs for publication in the D5500 weekly newsletter IMPACT! have had artwork (mainly logos) that does not comply with Rotary International branding requirements.
Starting now, any article submitted for publication MUST correctly use the Rotary wheel (Mark of Excellence) and have proper club logos using the Rotary Masterbrand to be included in IMPACT! Those articles not complying will be returned for corrections.
There are currently three key leadership openings in District 5500:

If you or anyone you know who is qualified and interested in serving in any of these roles, please contact DG Don Jorgensen at donjorgensen@comcast.net
