~Rotary is closely monitoring the pandemic of COVID-19, the illness caused by the novel coronavirus, and continuously assessing the potential impact on Rotary operations, events, and members.

Your health and safety are always our top priorities.

Some Rotary Clubs in our District are beginning to meet in person, some are meeting as a hybrid. Please take all necessary precautions and follow all the local guidelines.

Click here for information and Frequently Asked Questions on Rotary International's activities that may be affected. RI will update the information as it becomes available.

~HOW TO PROPERLY SET UP A ROTARY HYBRID MEETING
A Hybrid meeting must be enjoyable to both in-person and Zoom members. Being able to see the person speaking and hear them should be your goal as Club president. It really does matter!

Please attend this evening meeting on APRIL 15, 2021, at 5:00 pm.
Special Guest Cory Lopardi

~Online RYLA 2021 Jr. Counselor Testimonial
"Hello! ... I was a Junior Counselor for the 2021 RYLA. This year was unlike any other in that RYLA was online. This made it a very different experience from prior years. Instead of being a three-day retreat, it was a two-day Zoom call. Despite this, it was still fun and a worthwhile experience.  ...However, by the end of RYLA, I grew a lot more comfortable with leading a Zoom discussion and everyone was able to share their ideas well. I feel like being a JC significantly improved my leadership skills, possibly even more than they improved as a delegate since I was actually leading this time. I highly recommend that a delegate should return as a JC and see what it’s like to lead a future group of leaders."

SHOW YOUR LOVE FOR YOUR COMMUNITY
On Valentine’s day, we announced a great opportunity for all our District 5500 clubs to show your community some "Rotary Love" at this much-needed time.
Due to the many changes in planned District events this year, and therefore, the respective budgets, the District is offering clubs in "good-standing" up to $500 for a special project your board identifies to help your community.
We have immediate money available to fund your special Rotary Love project.
