If you missed the recent membership seminar, then you missed an opportunity to kickstart your club's membership activities to the next level.  Participants learned of their 5-year history for both attracting and retaining members to give them an indication of where they should focus their club's membership activities, and then started their own customized plan to take back to their club to refine & implement.
