Update information for clubs that plan to volunteer at the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona located at 3003 S. Country Club Rd.   
Volunteer slots are filling up. Available dates for volunteer service are:  Tues. April 16, Wed. April 17, and Thurs. April 18.
 
You will need an account . One member may sign-up for the account and select group volunteer and follow the directions to complete the process for opening an account.

District 5500 Rotarians in Action...
Coordinate a service project supporting a local food bank, food pantry or related effort.
 
Collectively, we will make an impact in serving individuals, families, and seniors in our communities.
  1. Pre-service project information entry- By April 5 enter your club’s: region, club name, CFB name or related activity, CFB location, volunteer date, # of volunteers.  
  2. Post-service project information entry- By April 25 enter your club’s; total volunteer hours and estimated # of people impacted.  You may want to ask the food bank or pantry what the estimated number people were impacted by your club’s service. If performing a related activity such as a fundraiser or donation drive, document the impact your way – same column.

Additional information: 

Volunteering at multiple food banks? Go ahead and document all of them. 

Have another service project other than food bank? Go ahead and add to document- name it under the CFB name, although service project may not be related to food bank.

Take photos of your service project. We can collectively showcase the impact.
